7-Day Return Window

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns are only accepted if:

•The item isunused,unwashed, and inoriginal condition•Alltags, seals, and packagingare intact•The item showsno signs of wear, including perfume, stains, or damage

Please note: Gift Boxes are not eligible for return or refund.

Exchange Policy

We offer an easy 7-day exchange policy for most items (except Gift Boxes and hygiene-sensitive products). You can raise an exchange request by clicking on the Exchange option in your order details.

•Once approved, our team willarrange a pickupof the original item.•The exchange item will be shipped only after the original product passes our internal quality check.•Items must beunused, unwashed, and have all original tags and seals intact.

Important:

•Outfitswithout tags or packaging will not be picked up.•No discounts are applicableon exchanged products.•ARs.100 exchange handling feeapplies to items purchased duringSALE.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled, but can be returned as per our return policy.
You can refuse the delivery after the order has been dispatched.

Refund Process

•Onceyourreturned item passes our quality check, yourrefund will be initiated within 7 business days.•Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment (credit card, debit card, UPI, etc.).•ForCash on Delivery (COD)orders, refunds will be processed asstore creditunless a bank account is provided.

Note: Refunds are not applicable on:

•Shipping fees (unless the item was damaged/defective)•Discounted items during Sale (Rs.100 handling fee will apply)

Items Not Eligible for Refund

Returns and refunds will not be accepted if:

•The product is used, washed, or damaged•Tags or packaging are missing•The product was purchased as part of aGift Box•The product belongs to hygiene-sensitive categories likeinnerwear, socks, etc.

Pickup and Inspection

Our logistics partner will arrange a reverse pickup after your return request is approved. The refund will be processed only after the item has passed our internal quality check.

Missing or Damaged Items

If you receive an incomplete or damaged order, please send a video of the unboxing processshowing the contents clearly. This helps us resolve the issue quickly.
