1. Who is LE PUR?
LE PUR is a premium baby clothing brand from SAR Apparels India Pvt. Ltd., a babywear manufacturer based in Kolkata since 1989. We supply major retailers across India and abroad — including BabyShop, FirstCry, Hopscotch, Lifestyle, and Pantaloons — and have been ranked among Asia-Pacific's fastest-growing companies by the Financial Times.

2. Where is LE PUR based?
We are headquartered in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. All our garments are designed and manufactured in our own facility.

3. Are LE PUR clothes made in India?
Yes. Every LE PUR garment is manufactured in our own Kolkata facility. We do not outsource production. This lets us control fabric quality, stitching, and safety standards at every step.

4. Is LE PUR available in stores or only online?
Currently, LE PUR is available directly through lepur.in. As a wholesale manufacturer, our designs also reach you indirectly through partner retailers. For exclusive D2C collections like BioKool and TENCEL AirTouch, the only place to shop is lepur.in.

5. What age range do LE PUR clothes fit?
Our collections are designed for babies from Newborn (0–3 months) to 24 months. Each product page shows size availability, and our size guide helps you pick based on your baby's weight and height — not just age.

6. What is BioKool fabric?
BioKool is our signature cooling cotton fabric, engineered for Indian climates. It draws heat and moisture away from your baby's skin, keeps them dry in summer, and stays soft after repeated washes. It is 100% cotton-based, breathable, and gentle on newborn skin.

7. What is TENCEL™ AirTouch?
TENCEL™ AirTouch is a premium fabric made from sustainably sourced wood pulp. It feels silky-smooth, is naturally hypoallergenic, and is gentle for babies with sensitive skin or eczema-prone skin.

8. Are LE PUR fabrics safe for newborn skin?
Yes. We work exclusively with 100% cotton and Oeko-Tex® certified materials, meaning they have been tested for harmful chemicals and are safe for direct skin contact — even for the most sensitive newborn skin.

9. Are LE PUR clothes free from harmful dyes?
Yes. All LE PUR garments use Azo-free dyes, which are safe for babies and meet international child safety standards.

10. What is the difference between BioKool and regular cotton?
Regular cotton is soft but can hold heat and moisture, leading to rashes in Indian heat. BioKool is treated to actively wick sweat, dry faster, and stay cool against the skin — ideal for India's climate, especially summers and humid coastal regions.

11. What is the difference between BioKool and TENCEL?
BioKool is cooling cotton — best for everyday wear, summers, and active babies. TENCEL AirTouch is silky, sustainable, and hypoallergenic — best for sensitive skin, gentle daily wear, and gifting. Both are breathable and safe for babies; the choice depends on your baby's skin and the occasion.

12. Will LE PUR clothes shrink after washing?
Our fabrics are pre-shrunk during manufacturing, so minimal shrinkage occurs. Following our care instructions (machine wash cold, gentle cycle, dry in shade) keeps the fit and softness intact.

13. How should I wash LE PUR baby clothes?
Machine wash cold (max 30°C) on gentle cycle. Use a mild, baby-safe detergent. Avoid bleach and fabric softener. Dry in shade, not direct sunlight. Iron on low heat if needed.

14. Are LE PUR clothes hypoallergenic?
Yes. Our use of Oeko-Tex® certified fabrics, Azo-free dyes, and TENCEL AirTouch makes our garments well-suited for babies with sensitive or eczema-prone skin.

15. How do I choose the right size for my baby?
Use our Size Guide. We recommend selecting based on weight and height, not just age — babies grow at different rates. If your baby is between sizes, size up for longer wear.

16. My baby is chubby or long — which size should I pick?
Pick based on the higher dimension. For chubby babies, choose the next size up. For tall, slim babies, the standard size by height usually works.

17. Do LE PUR sizes run small, true, or large?
Our sizes follow Indian baby measurements and run true to size based on the weight-height chart. We avoid the "shrink-after-one-wash" issue common in cheap cotton garments.

18. Can I exchange for a different size if it doesn't fit?
Yes. We offer free size exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

🛒 Orders

19. How do I place an order?
Browse lepur.in, select your baby's size, add to cart, and check out. You can pay online or choose Cash on Delivery. You'll receive an order confirmation email and SMS.

20. Can I order without creating an account?
Yes. Guest checkout is supported. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save your wishlist, and reorder faster.

21. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
You can modify or cancel within 2 hours of placing the order by emailing hello@lepur.in or WhatsApp +91 95259 00001. After that, the order enters our dispatch queue and cannot be changed.

22. I didn't receive an order confirmation — what should I do?
Check your spam or promotions folder. If still not found, email hello@lepur.in with the registered phone number — we'll resend the confirmation.

23. Can I order in bulk for a baby shower or gifting?
Yes. For bulk orders of 10+ pieces, we offer special pricing. Email hello@lepur.in or WhatsApp us with your requirement.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

24. Do you ship across India?
Yes. We deliver to all serviceable pincodes across India.

25. How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days from Kolkata, depending on your location. Metro cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, and Hyderabad usually receive orders in 2–4 days. Tier-2 cities take 3–5 days. Remote pincodes may take 5–7 days.

26. Is shipping free?
Yes. Shipping is always free across India, regardless of order value.

27. How do I track my order?
Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track from your account or via our Order Tracking page.

28. What if my pincode is not serviceable?
You'll see a "Not deliverable" message at checkout. Email hello@lepur.in with your address — we'll check for alternative courier options.

29. Can I get same-day or next-day delivery?
Currently, we don't offer same-day delivery. Standard delivery is 2–7 days.

💳 Payment

30. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex), net banking from all major Indian banks, wallets (Paytm, Mobikwik, etc.), and Cash on Delivery (COD).

31. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, COD is available on all serviceable pincodes across India.

32. Is online payment safe on LE PUR?
Yes. All payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We never store your card details on our servers.

33. Can I get a GST invoice?
Yes. If you need a GST invoice, email hello@lepur.in with your order ID and GSTIN within 24 hours of placing the order, and we'll send a GST-compliant invoice.

🔄 Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

34. What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.

35. Are returns free?
Yes. All returns are free. We arrange a free reverse pickup from your address — no shipping cost to you.

36. How do I initiate a return?
Email hello@lepur.in or WhatsApp +91 95259 00001 with your order ID, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason. We'll schedule a free pickup within 48 hours.

37. Which items are non-returnable?
For hygiene and safety reasons: innerwear, socks and accessories, items marked "Final Sale", personalised or customised products, and items returned without original tags or packaging.

38. How long does a refund take?
Once the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes quality check: online payments are refunded in 5–7 business days to your original payment method. COD orders are refunded within 7–10 business days to your bank account (we'll request your bank details).

39. Can I exchange instead of returning?
Yes. For size or colour exchanges, we offer free exchange within 7 days of delivery. Email hello@lepur.in with your order ID and the new size or colour you'd like.

40. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
We're sorry! Email hello@lepur.in within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged or wrong item and your order ID. We'll arrange a free replacement immediately at no extra cost.

Yes. At checkout, simply enter the recipient's name and address as the shipping address. We can also include a note — mention it in the order notes field.
