- The transition from swaddling to sleeping in a sleepsuit should be taken depending on their individual needs as every baby is different.

Here are a few guidelines to check whether it’s time to transition out of a swaddle:
- Increased movement while asleep.
- Resisting or breaking out of a swaddle.
- Rolling over when in a swaddle.
- Waking up more often and not being able to go back to sleep.
- Insert a Diagram of a baby in a sleepsuit.
- To make sure you are getting the right measurement of your baby, please make sure your baby is lying down on their back and has their leg stretched out.
- Measure the length of your baby from the neck/shoulder point (A point) to the heel of the foot (B point).
- Measure the chest of your baby from point C to point D.
- Compare to the chart below and choose the size which is a bit bigger than your baby’s measurements.
